I have joined the Rural Rother PCN as clinical pharmacist after completing the East Sussex Multisector Pharmacist Foundation to Advanced Training Programme. I have gained valuable experience working in different setting: acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, care home team and neighbouring PCN. I also have extensive experience in community pharmacy. My role as PCN pharmacist is to focus on medicines optimisation and promoting safe transfer of care through the provision of structured medication reviews. I am also a qualified independent prescriber with specialist interest in diabetes and have been delivering care in diabetes clinic.
