Wojciech Kasztura

I graduated in Poland and moved to the UK in 2000, I have been a GP partner for over 15 years in Martins Oak Surgery in Battle. Since the beginning of my career, I have been involved in locality issues and wider managerial aspects of the Primary Care.  A Clinical Director role of PCN  was a natural development to these interests. Our goal is to harmonise seven surgeries across Rural Rother PCN to deliver a well balanced service to our population despite ‘difficult times’ for NHS.
