Wojciech Kasztura

I graduated in Poland and moved to the UK in 2000, I have been a GP partner for over 15 years in Martins Oak Surgery in Battle. Since the beginning I have been involved in locality issues and wider managerial aspects of the Primary Care.  A Clinical Director role of PCN  was a natural consequence of my previous interest. Our goal is to unify seven surgeries across Rural & Rother PCN to deliver well balanced service to our population despite of a ‘difficult times’ for NHS.
